Great article! A question, what's the difference between You get told what to do & You get asked how to do it, aren't they the same?
Okay I think the former implies there are different ways to do it and they trust you to find the best way whereas latter means they're finding a way to do it and have come to you.
In the latter case no known solution exists in the org. Think big rewrites, architecture, introducing new tech, experimental stuff.
